Elkholy Law Firm was founded in 2000 to provide legal, financial, and administrative counsel, and has built deep, specialized experience across many branches of law — most notably the legislation governing civil society work and community development. The firm is honored to provide integrated legal and administrative support to more than twenty-five associations, NGOs, and international organizations, through review and audit, legal, accounting, and administrative solutions, and evaluation, training, and workshops delivered by a team of legal, financial, and administrative advisors and chartered accountants specialized in the financial, legal, and social administration of civil society associations and institutions.

Tenders & Contracts
Preparing and managing the documentary and procedural cycle and terms of reference for tenders and bids, following up on procedures required to procure services, supplies, and equipment, and providing the legal guidance needed to complete them.
Litigation & Disputes
Studying all matters relating to the organization and following up on disputes, representing the organization in all cases brought by or against it before courts of every level, and representing it before arbitration and appeals committees.
Training & Development
Our group delivers training services and organizes workshops for numerous organizations on the legal administration of associations, civil society organizations, and related legislation.
Financial Audit
Providing accountants and financial reviewers from leading specialized firms for project accounting and the financial management of NGOs, reviewing and auditing statements, work-in-progress accounts, and new line items.

Assem Elkholy
Managing Director, Elkholy Law Firm
A Cassation-admitted lawyer and legal advisor to civil society organizations and companies in Egypt and abroad, board member of the General Federation of NGOs, an arbitration consultant, a registered patent and trademark agent, and an expert in diplomatic and consular relations.
Assem Elkholy also lectures and organizes workshops on the legal administration of associations, civil society organizations, and related legislation.
He is also active in extensive volunteer work: a board member of Egypt's General Federation of NGOs by Presidential Decree No. 213 of 2013, a member of the Federation's Legal & Grievances Committee, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tabah Foundation for Research and Development Consulting, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sanabel Charity Association.
